A Gem Among Hotels

The location impressed. Many places were reachable on foot from there. Grocery stores nearby proved convenient. The team showed great help and provided needed information and support. They allowed bag drops before check-in and held them post check-out.
The curtains was thin. It did not properly cover the window. Light entered the room.

helpful staffroom sizefalling paintmold issue
The staff were SO helpful. The room was larger than expected and all my needs were met including a kettle, ironing board, and hairdryer. Supermarkets, bars, and restaurants were next door, so that was convenient.
The paint on the walls was falling off. I saw some kind of mold, black furry stuff, growing on the roof. The bed sheets had some sort of brown stains, VERY noticeable.

the hotel's location was really good. it was very close to bus stops offering routes across the city. the staff arranged for extra tea bags for the room. the hotel had clean and reliable facilities.
my room faced the street so i heard bus noises, but it wasn't too bad.
